Bean salad

Drain and mix 2 cans of 3 bean mix, 1 can sliced green beans in a large bowl.

dissolve together

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 2+ tbsp brown sugar to taste
  • heaped tbsp Dijon mustard

stir together and refrigerate. Best made the day before being served.
