0.5 tsp bicarb soda
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp chinese cooking wine

Sauce
3 tsp cornflour
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
1.5 tsp chile paste
3 tbsp Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
0.25 tsp Chinese fice spices
185  ml water
1 tsp sesame oil
